When to bonesmash, where to bonesmash and how much bonesmashing

I'm trying to improve my mid recessed mandible by bonesmashing just the part below my lips to fraud forward growth, but I have to do it like every 2 days cuz I've got a fuck ton of bruises and my bones are sore as shit, I do like 200 punches at medium strength every 2 or 3 days for the tissue to heal. Give me a routine I should do to improve

Close your eyes and make a wish. Nah but seriously, bonesmashing wont changed the bone density in any meaningful way, the only positive is you get a temporary “pump” in that area when you do bonesmash (it widens and hardens but thats just the soft tissue from tissue trauma, not the bone). In theory tho, this could become permanent from repeated trauma, think mma fighters with cauliflower ears, they get hit there repeatedly, blood pools there and hardens. Tho it looks super asymmetrical.

bonesmash jaw,chin,browridge,orbitals and zygos do every 2-3 days for recovery

cope is ruins your face causing damage and making surgerys what u need harder to get

bonesmashing is risky. do it if you have nothing to lose or aka mmtn hmtn plus
