Where to even find quality international surgeons?

I’m in Singapore and it’s expensive as hell with surgeons who don’t have patient experience with jaw angle implants and have to look elsewhere. The forum recommends a few surgeons but they are also pricey and have long waiting times. So where should I even look?

You can find a lot in Bangkok or Korea. Taiwan has at least 1 skilled guy too

Just because many primarily advertise jaw shaving doesn't mean they don't know how to place implants.
And also even if they don't advertise PEEK, doesn't mean they can't source it
