for accurate answers you'd need to get a cephalometric analysis bro
then check relation between maxilla (SNA) and mandible (SNB) relative to cranial base.

If SNB is, say, 84°, it's a hyper divergent pattern so mandible is normal (great, actually). Which means your bite difference is most definitely due to upper incisors inclining outwards
If SNB, is, say, 70°, it's skeletal retrognathia and you'd 100% need a BSSO

rn I'm confused as to which case you are. getting a bsso with normal mandible but extremely proclined incisors would fuck you up.
