I have protein , creatine and potassium, iron for anemia , vitamin c , what else would be good ? Had zinc for 3 months as well

Why , i dont have enough of it from my diet , dont wanna drink shitty coco water and eat sugarry bananas , and ive been eating a lot of salt before this diet (26 days for now ) And im started sweating a lot in gym after started taking it , 600-1000 mg a daypotassium??????????????????????????![]()

Idk if im talking about d3, but does it make your skin look more tan ? Cuz even tho i have anemia i became im still kinda tan and i wanna get a bit more paler cuz my colouring ( blue eyes dark hair) looks better with pale skinneed a magnesium complex tho if your working out, aswell as d3 k2 2k IE a day , im also taking aswha but i think its cope tbh
can happen yes but not that much. U cant really get tan through supps you can just get a darker undertone , happens bcs of d3 or beta carotene for example but for beta u need high dosagesIdk if im talking about d3, but does it make your skin look more tan ?
