I’m thinking of starting off with either a fat graft or something else to ascend my eye area, and then if I’m satisfied with whatever results that gives I’ll stop hardmaxing there. Unless you guys think I should try and fix my midface/lower third instead, but eyes, imo, would be the easiest for now. Anyways, what would yall recommend?
My biggest flaw (from what I understand, although my knowledge isn’t that great) is my underdeveloped midface, especially in proportion to my brow ridge and chin, giving me a concave look. Fixing this would be ideal, but I’m not sure if I’d be willing to commit to something as extreme as a bimax/trimax to fix it, hence why I’d rather just fix my eye region and see how I feel then.
Last point, about 15-17% bf right now, working on leaning out. Also training masseters, maybe that’s cope but I’ve seen improvements over the month-ish I’ve been doing it.

hence why I’d rather start small and fix eye region, then move on to that if I want to keep climbing, but at that point it’s so much extra risk for low ROI. It does suck since smiling nukes my proportions but I’d be happy getting to MTN
