Being white is a precursor for attractiveness, just like height is required for attractiveness. Without being white your are essentially screwed, and if you have no height at all you are screwed. HOWEVER. Like being ridiculously tall is not attractive neither is being completely white.

The philosophical reason for this is:

White implies that you have the ability for industry in some way. The whole white skin was required for vitamin D absorption is mostly cope. White skin develops because melatonin isn't required from lack of shelter leaving your skin to be harmed by the sun. Dirty skin colours are also affected by environmental issues. These can be dirty drinking and cleansing water, disease ridden areas, etc. A completely black or non-white implies that their ancestors both didn't have the drive to develop shelter, which likely results in low intelligence, and likely bathed in garbage water.

COMPLETELY WHITE however, is a lack of engagement in life in general causing the white colour of your skin. Therefore a complete white can be considered either a colonizer (no art of your own you simply are autistically after power to survive) or a basement dweller fearing life. Both of which are negative unless you're a machievellian colonizer. Therefore olive skin is the most attractive and implies that you do not escape from the sun and the world but actively thrive in it.
