You're more likely to get testicular cancer if you're white. The cause of higher testicular cancer rates are due to gene variants of the KITLG gene most commonly found in Europeans and are responsible for lighter skin and hair in humans.
"KITLG encodes a secreted ligand for the receptor tyrosine kinase, KIT and plays an essential role in development, migration, and differentiation of many different cell types in the body, including melanocytes, blood cells, and germ cells15. Null mutations affecting Kitlg or Kit are lethal in mice, and hypomorphic alleles cause white hair, mast cell defects, anemia, and sterility16–18. A non-coding SNP (rs12821256) located in a large intergenic region over 350 kb upstream of the KITLG transcription start site is significantly associated with blond hair color in Iceland and the Netherlands2"

Testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT) rates by race in America between 2001-2016:
All races: 126,575 incidences of TGCT
Non Hispanic whites: 99,062 or 78% of cases
Non Hispanic blacks: 3,628 or 2% of cases
