giant literally designs them
I dont automatically, you have to ask and pay my design fee. Otherwise its by the Italian company which is not so good.
Aight that clears it, I thought he only did Pagnoni and those turkey guys
I mostly work with Pagnoni in Italy. But I have done some cases with Rameiri too over the years.

let’s say I wanted to work with Ramieri, would I ask his team or you?

When I consulted Ramieri he sounded very conservative about saddled Infras and mentioned being unwilling to do large saddles or place material close to the nose.

I’ve seen your designs often have both of these features so when you’re working with Ramieri do you have to “scale things back” compared to what you’d normally do?

And of course I have to ask, how much is your fee and is it offset by not having to pay the Italian company?

I rarely work with rameiri. Mostly Pagnoni if its an Italian case.

$2,000 and of course not. If you want the best you will pay extra/more.

The cost is offset by a much lower chance of having to revise them for another $20-30K (and come to me anyway)

Is it really worth you getting involved if my surgeon is Ramieri for infra implants or are you basically too constrained by him being conservative to be able to do your best work?

I might be better off going with one of your Istanbul options..

That’s fine, I wasn’t suggesting you should charge less than the Italian company - only that the surgeon should probably pass on to the client whatever their fee would have been, since they are not being used at all. Is that how it works or does that money also go to you?

The Italian company still manufactures the implant, just with my design file I send them, so they charge the same amount.

im only 18 and my parents are willing to provide financial aid as long as its in Europe and the us, so I really can't go get this done in turkey unfortunately, the best thing I can do Is go to italy, ill consult with pags but say I go with ramieri, I know that you haven't done many cases with you but what are the chances that he offers saddled rim implants? and im not crazy recessed in fact im pretty developed, just a little downward grown, of course its very hard to tell since every case is different but would a saddled infraorbital design still provide a noticeable benefit, or am I near the point of diminishing returns where the added coverage wouldn’t make much difference?
