When do i go to failure? How often?

If i get a lot rest days can I go to failure? (Bc busy)

U dont have to and u shouldnt bcs between there is no difference between 0-2 RIR for growth only the fatigue bcs going to failure will cause allot more fatigue what can impact ur whole workout or ur next training day:Comfy:

Ul is good but anterior and posterior mogs
Same frequency but just better

I mean do 1-2 exercises per muscle group like chest lats triceps biceps legs and 1 set for the other ones 1
like on posterior day u all ur front muscle like chest front delt biceps legs abs side delts
Anterior hamstrings back rear delt triceps etc

Do 1 rep warm ups so use around 90-97% ur top set and so 1 rep as fast ad possible than 5-10sec before top set schizo like thats what i di

Yeah I do a mix of fb and ul just so i hae it scheduled throughout the week and i don’t have alternating weeks

I also do 2 exercise per group I’m just not effortmaxxed to do more than 1 set

In my opinion do a a/p bcs we know u wont do much for legs and thats why i dont tell u to do a ul

Why not a fullbody u ask?
Lets be honest u want to be max 1:30h in the gym or even less so u have to a minimalist fullbody but the problem is that u will do little for each muscle group and so u can’t maximize growth

If you have set days ever week that you can’t workout make a schedule where your rest days are on the days you can’t work out.
Model it after u/l fb or a/p and just change it slightly to fit the days you can do

If it’s random then gl ig I don’t got advice for you to fix that

He wasnt lying at all. Training is like the least important part of the equation. Aslong as you are going untill the point you are maybe 3-4 sets from failure and putting the weight up over time you will make gains. Training to failure means you cant train as much (because fatigue) as if you leave 'reps in reserve.'

Bodybuilding weirdos exxagerate the training part because they want to make it seem that it was their training that built the body (reality is drugs,genetics,diet). Jay Cutler training like he was high on Xanax and was 5 times mr olympia.
