What is the BEST steak you have ever eaten????

Got a 18oz USDA Choice Pat Lafrieda Porterhouse
and
2 1lb USDA Prime RIbeyes
on the way to my house rn
Couldn't get the USDA Prime New York Strip Steak, happy the Porterhouse essentially has a strip steak in it but I really wanted to try Prime strip, guess I'll have to settle for an extra Filet Mignon

I really haven't tried steak yet, but i'm craving it more than ever.

Does it taste good? Is there any disgusting smell or blood stench in a medium rare steak?

get it tomorrow from amazon fresh, there isn't any blood smell but maybe some taste if you hard char the steak, i do like mine bloody though I can't taste blood but it does taste different than regular steak and if it's quality its a must, it's so much more tender and flavorful so you really get the most for your money even with a lower cut like top sirloin
