I asked my surgeon he said he will not perform it on non deformed person and that even if a deformed person reached him he likely will not perform it because he never did

you ask many many many surgeons

I even tried to call dr sinn and dr Wolfe about orbital osteotomies and I got hung up on. That doesn’t mean they wouldn’t do these big surgeries it just means you need to come in and speak in person confidently

I have a question for example we know bimaw pull skin forward and stretching the skin+ muscle make better face definition.

But if someone is slightly recessed he could benefit full face lift so he stretch the skin backward it wil' be same effect?

I know facelift is not done on young patient but i think it could ascend people getting rid of nasolabiomental fold, stretching undereye etc
