Why am i craving sugar every second

Since day one ( dy 3 now ) i cut out sugars like candy chips chocolate etc and i keep craving it

I dont touch the sugar tho so i never said i couldnt control it im just curious why i crave it all the time

Are you craving candy in general? Or fruit too.

How long have you not been eating it? Your body's natural energy source is fat storage. Fat is around 9/kcal of energy/gram, as opposed to carbs being 4/kcal of energy/gram

Im not cutting rlly im just not eating sugars i just eat normal and healthy shit just once a week a burger with my family wont hurt

I thought fat does smt with converting estrogen and it closes olates faster im not good at ts topic

What matters more about eating candy is whether it's dependence based. If you see candy and can't fully control not eating it 100% of the time then it's a problem.

So you know why you're craving it. My question to you is, why are you asking us when you already know the answer yourself? You're still eating candy, from impulse, and wondering why you're craving it.
But this cant be implied at this moment cause no one had candy in my classroom the whole time im not eating sugars

Why are they mutually exclusive? You're taking 2 extremes and forgetting the middle ground: Don't have a fat fucking cake face, don't be skinny like a chicken. It's not fine to be overweight during puberty, you're fucking up your hormones. But whatever helps you cope with being chunky, fatso
 
might just be glyocen depleted. whenever I'm depleted the first thing I crave is goyslop but if I have quality carbs fruits, sourdough etc the cravings for the goy go away
 
You naturally crave fast carbs for energy, you need to consume healthy fats to compensate

apples are pretty low in micronutrients and nuts are high in omega 6 inflammatory fatty acids. I'm too lazy to go over the science behind everything but here's my appetite suppression diet rules

- shit ton of water
- coffee, nicotine, adhd meds
- raw tuna + white monster to wash it down
- lean meats. preferably air fried or fried in coconut oil (MCT factor)
- fruits spaced evenly throughout the day (if I only eat fruits when I'm craving food then the goyslop cravings are more likely to override anyways, hence why I space them out throughout the day)

uhh yea that's about it. drink a glass or two of milk a day as well and some raw cheese in moderation (cuz it be high in fats)

no shit u gon crave sugars after only quitting them for 3 days. your Body is seeking the dopamine u got from stuffing ur mouth full of snacks every 5 minutes. do something else when u get the cravings like for example working out or going for a walk. :=)
 
even if you want to binge do it on 'healthy' food at least since over time you'll improve your ghrelin/leptin signalling
also personally I crave starches so I just have sourdough bread as needed. Not the most optimal but you need to cater to your vices
