Why am I lactose intolerant

Was it that the humans never had lactase and through evolution the humans learned to break down lactose via lactase and my gene just got left out?
The thing is all my life i drank normal milk and as a baby raw milk. Im 17 now but since im 14 or 15 I became fucking lactose intolerant. Everytime i take 4 sips of milk i fucking shit the toilet full with liquid popoo.
Why? Was it the jews?

basically when you’re a kid your body makes the enzyme to digest milk, but for a lot of people it drops during the teen years. So you could drink milk before, and now your body just can’t handle lactose anymore its normal braih
