The muscles getting bigger gives the illusion of less fat because it stretches the fat cells making them look smaller. A 200 lb jacked guy at 10% bodyfat isn’t the same as a 130 lb guy at 10% bodyfat. The 200 lb guy will regardless have more bodyfat even if its the same %age
try finding 5 bodybuilders with hollowcheeks. majority dont have them despite being sub 10% bg, even though average person has hollowish cheeks at 10% bf
