why are the only people ive experienced the most racism from are ethnics

Black people tend to go newly arriving first generation ethnic immigrants so that's where the beef starts. As for other deathnics it's probably cultural/religious conflict. White people can be racist but the types who antagonise you to your face are rarer in modern times.

The only racist white Germans are also always mixed.

Almost always when you ask them about their origins and never say pure German but also answer something like Albanian or Turkish Grandparent.
