I mean yes but there are also countless Reddit results and if they don’t over advance, get it by a good surgeon, have a short small lower third they always ascend literally one tier

MOST people dont need an osteotomy, unless your a subhuman with a caved in skull that struggles to breath or your VERY well off financially its never worth after surgery your gonna be a subhuman swollen nigga for about half a year or more and thats very valuable time if your in your prime years, the only "hardmaxxes" that a lot people should be doing are slight augmentations etc not whole osteotomies that drain your life savings and force you to go on leave from your job or quit entirely, MOST people in this forum just need to accept their fate and stop chasing this unreachable delusion of becoming chad
