I mean yes but there are also countless Reddit results and if they don’t over advance, get it by a good surgeon, have a short small lower third they always ascend literally one tier
after surgery your gonna be a subhuman swollen nigga for about half a year or more and thats very valuable time if your in your prime years, the only "hardmaxxes" that a lot people should be doing are slight augmentations etc not whole osteotomies that drain your life savings and force you to go on leave from your job or quit entirely, MOST people in this forum just need to accept their fate and stop chasing this unreachable delusion of becoming chad
Yea people think you get a bonus point for doing a more invasive surgery. Just because you see the biggest ascension from them(on deformedcels) doesnt mean its worth. People really forgot the concept of you are a few mm away from looking a lot better. Bimax is like the last tool in the tool box thats made to create some sort of starting point for deformed people. Like you need to be a unlucky fellow to need bimax. Also surgery has so many drawbacks thats its often better to stay away unless its truly bad. Filler, genio, small implants, rhino, fat graft, lifts is the primary tools and ehats needed for none deformed none functional peepsMOST people dont need an osteotomy, unless your a subhuman with a caved in skull that struggles to breath or your VERY well off financially its never worth
Bimax or dbjs mostly look natural
yea it looks natural but the time and effort and money aint it. Also the risks are severe, and people do it for fun mostly
It depends on the surgery how long the recovery is but yeah in dbj or bimax it takes one year to heal fully but it can also make the difference between mtn and htn. I went to my ortho. She looked at my side profile and said it looks nice, unique and aesthetic LOL. She said I have a moderate underbite and if I came to her back when I was a kid, she told me that my case would be surgery pretty much 100%.

Nah. But fun fact, she got a BSSO and she planned it herself lol. She was her own ortho. And her lower jaw looks aesthetic.
