Guy with an already good jaw that gets an implant or fillers = will look old as fuck, regardless of age (OP example or Zac Efron). Notice the bigonial width much higher than the bizygomatic width, clearly botched. Those Hollywood "surgeons/injector" don't know shit about aesthetics.

Because the bigonial width usually is 90% of the bizygomatic, and if it is more it is because of masseter hypertrophy, giving them a rounded, bloated jaw.
The example in the OP is a sharp jaw wider than the cheekbones themselves, thus unnatural looking.

Looks like he had bichectomy (buccal fat removal) along with obvious jaw implants. Removing that fat pad gave him thinned, wrinkled cheeks so looks older. Also, his eye area with intact Peru orbital fat looks sunken in relative his lower third so he also looks older because of that.

That’s what happen when you choose the path of big implants, they will look uncanny because of your skull. People with giant jaws also have tall or very big skulls. It suits em for a reason. Implants should have a very subtle design to fit your skull, because most people don't have barrett skull's width. Pitt has an average skull(maybe even on the smaller side like many models) but his jaw looks good because he has rounded bulky gonions and big splanchnocranium. Of course he looks natural.

OP To answer your question directly:

He has fillers. The fillers which are likely hylauronic acid fillers absorb water and retain it causing the face to look puffy and “old”.

The people who look “old” with implants on the other hand look so because of a different reason. The huge implant causes the masseter to sit on it causing the bloated wide jaw look that people with naturally good jaws would never have.

All in all it comes down to the implant design and placement. As for fillers never get them.
