Why would u directly use the thing with the most side effects (dut) and not slowly start with for example topical fin then going over to oral low dose fin -> higher dosage -> low dose dut -> higher dose

or optimally, try to fix the real issues: keeping every hormone in ideal range (For example estradiol between 20-40) checking thyroid, GH, etc

Body should be viewed holistically (meaning: as a whole)
