Why did my face get bloated even when every other part of my body got a lot leaner

I dropped about 7kg in the past months which i would say consists of 5kg fat. I literally can see my abs now but my face looks like i gained 10kg

Possible reasons:

started jew medication (atomoxetine hydrochloride and aripiprazole monohydrate) around 2 weeks ago (my peak bloat)

Started walking a lot more (i heard somewhere too much can cause bloat if thats true)

As for your face, it might be a combination of you imagining it and your facial fat distribution being higher than most people

I drink around 3L which i guess is enough?

I used to drink a lot more which might be the reason too

Hmmm, maybe its the discrepancy between your face and body.

Your body got leaner but your face stayed the same so its more noticeable

You are a teenager so your fat pads will still be there. Only way is to curb water retention if its there and wait for age to let the fat pads dissolve or migrate

Those medications you listed have bloating as one side effect. If you feel its significant bring it up with your doc

How can i check all side effects? I dont have the receipts

I also checked some other sites and they showed facial swelling as a side effect. But not sure if its allergic or bloating so ymmv.
