why do all these professionals refuse to reduce malar fat pads

there's clearly excess heaviness in the fat pads above the nasofolds which is what's actually casting a shadow, not just bone deficiency. I've already had consults with a surgeon and injector and both claim it needs to be filled to smoothen the transition. technically yes but wouldn't that just cause more midface heaviness? why not just partially dissolve the fat pads?

Lipolytics arent very precise, they wont stay in the same spot

If the chemical spreads slightly too high into the soof fat or teh cheek compartments, you can end up with random hollow and assymetry and could cause premature aging appearance

i already have no under eyes anyway, can't get any worse

how
if the excess volume is what's causing them why not slightly dissolve to make the area lighter? then do fat grafts deep in the pyriform to improve support?
that's what I'll do but I'm scared of looking puffy if i don't reduce the fat above it first

Less fat volume under the skin will cause the excess skin to droop downwards and also fuck your youthfulness since fat pads, especially malar, cause the face to appear plump and young.
Fat grafting instead of dissolving is meta most of the times.

because you can easily overdo it and descend yourself, also professionals tend to avoid things that come at "greater" risk because you can sue most practicioners if they make a mistake like hitting a nerve etc
