Why do i look better and get approached when sitting down or squatting?

When i sit down or squat i physically look better and women have approached me mich higher rate. Im assuming because i have breathing problems and when in sit my rounded back relaxes and i can breathe? (Any thoughts)? Reason om asking this because its overwhelming happening over and over.
