Why do I look subhuman at 8 AM but decent by 6 PM? (The morning bloat is brutal)

I swear to god, every single morning I wake up looking like an actual corpse. Severe morning bloating, eyes completely slit and swollen, skin quality looks like I'm literally decomposing with a gray, lifeless undertone. My hair looks completely fried and flat too.

I genuinely look subhuman for the first few hours of the day.

Why is the morning volume/cortisol bloat this brutal? Anyone else experience this massive lookism gap throughout the day? How do you guys instant-kill the morning bloat?

im a night shower kinda guy but the morning showers are the true solution, deadass just cut monster/redbull/coffee whatever (tea is fine) and see how good you sleep not even lying

conclusion: morning shower and no energy drink

Morning showers are actually really good, yes. I always wake up terribly bloated but after a quick lukewarm shower it's fine, makes a pretty big difference. On weekends where i usually don't shower in the morning my face is way more bloated for the first part of the day

How do you guys instant-kill the morning bloat?
you have to find what is causing morning bloat is it muh bloating in that case things like diuretics ie caffine and supplements

but also the :redpill: bs helps ie taking a showr and grooming
 
Some faces are more sensitive to bloat than others, and it's also dependent on whether you do cardio/working out the night before and your sodium intake
I feel the same way, I mitigate it by doing 30mins treadmill 4mph every day, it's great for health and lymphatic drainage
Working out too is great
 
im bloated like a piggy in the morning
i dont even have hollow cheeks

but since my school starts at 2pm ish i get rid of the bloat by drinking a bit of water

i also bonesmash in both morning and evening, ive started a few days ago

i js hope it gets to a point where i need to do it like once or twice a week to not lose gains

minimizing brain damage is so annoying

Take a warm shower in the morning, help a lot
 
It’s been two hours and I fell like a brand new person. It’s amazing how a bad night of sleep and some carbs can make you look so chopped.
