Optimum room temperature for sleep is around 19°C (~66°F), Try and cut out all light possible (For me I taped down my curtains as they were letting light in through the sides). Also sleeping around the same time every night greatly improves your circadian rhythm (Basically tells your body when to sleep and wake up). And my last piece of advice I can offer is NOT taking Melatonin every night since it can cause melatonin production problems in the future and unless you want to be taking it every night until you die I suggest just taking it if you woke up late and need to wake up early the next morning.

Oh yeah and sound is a big one. If you sleep with sound and it stops you might be woken up (same vice versa). So either crank up the AC or get a white noise machine.

yeah i dont have melatonin, i should really go to bed everyday at same time even weekends, and when i wake up i should look at the sun

Could be insulin related. Don't know if you are on anything that may alter insulin, but when I started hgh I woke up a few times during sleep. Chat-gpt said it was due to insulin fluctuating but I'm not sure. Could also be sleep apnea as well.
