Why do old people like butter pecan ice cream?

When I worked at the retirement home all these old farts only wanted butter pecan ice cream. Every time I offered vanilla or any other type of ice cream they’d say no and throw a bitch fit. It got to the point where I got mad and would say we are out of stock on butter pecan and force them to eat a different type
