Why do people call Pete Davidson ugly?

The guy is called ugly by alot of people but in my opinion I think it is just the dark circles and a couple of bad photos. The camera angle can really mess up people facial proportions especially if it is a selfie pic. The guy is handsome but not a 10/10. I’d say he is 6.5/10 and could get two and 8 with minor plastic surgery. And he is tall . Tall men are automatically chads and shouldn’t even be allowed in this forum in my opinion.
