Not true I live in a western country rarely see anyone over 6'2/6'3, vast majority of zoomers I see are in the 5 range and much lesser are up to 6'2 and over.

Proportions, perception, and because of rounding up (6'1 is only an inch over 6ft, but 6'2 is more than an inch over 6ft so plural).
