Why do some guys have bad jawline even after bimax

It's eazy because bimax only elongates the bone. If you have a tiny vertical height of the bone or if the bone overall just lacks mass. Or say if you ramus is short it won't change it. Bimax is very limited. It all depends on what bone you have to begin with. Just take a ct scan and you will see of you will have good bimax or not
