Why does bloat make me look so recessed

Im using HGH right now (8ius) ED im experiencing bloat now after being on 2,4,6 ius for months but its made me look so insanely recessed and made my eyes look even more protruding, can someone tell me why this happens with bloat? i went from having a good side profile to a horrible recessed subhuman one, i didnt "have" a recessed chin before but now i suddenly kind of do, i just look puffy and feel inflamed can someone tell me what goes into bloat that makes you look more recessed or does it not? (17 btw)

You then are a bit recessed, but yeah being fatty pig makes you look more recessed, depends on you face, some facial structures r*pe you when you are fat and makes you look Totally chopped in Bones
