Why does exercise give me religious urges?

im not even that religious tbh

but exercise gave me the permenant feeling that everything is predetermined by god and it’s impossible to die unless it was destined to be, which increase my confidence

but I walked 20 miles today and after I started having a bunch of religious thoughts feelings and fantasies

I really felt like praying and had to clasp my hands a few times and do it, it turned into a fantasy/urge to go in a cave with only water and pray

I had feeling only love with god was real and females were deception. Also to be humble and never brag.

I almost cried at a bunch of religious fantasies about being oldcel and telling young people about god

I had strong feeling Jesus was coming back and hope that we live in the end times

why is this? Is it a chemical?
