You can get most doctors to prescribe it to you by just saying you have acne... Really isn't that hard to get, though it's cheaper to get illegally.

I ordered him some tret anyways from shady Romanian vendors (probably @WontStopNorwooding irl) but it would have been easier if he could just walk into a pharmacy and buy it
