For people who plan on increasing their milk intake bc it's an easy softmaxx
Common Knowledge but:
People, especially kids in adolescence, are always told to drink more milk (either unpasteurized or pasteurized) bc of the benefits of drinking it. This is an example of a high fat example ( milk has carbs but not too much ).
Its always regarded as one of the healthiest drinks, only second to water. But it contains medium amounts of fat and carbs, especially if you're gonna drink 750ml - 1L a day of it which is whats recommended most of the time.
Meaning, if you're not gonna gain an equilibrium between your exercise and liquid + food intake you're gonna gain weight , leading to a higher BF%, because high carbs and fat mean more excess bloat and fat.
Same thing applies with all high fat foods and carbohydrates.
TL;DR:
If you plan on increasing your milk intake, you need to compensate with more exercise or HIIT, if you don't plan on increasing your BF%. Same thing applies to all increased carb intake and high fat intake diets.
