I understand vit C Is insane for collagen production and it Is water solluable vitamin therefore you should ideally take it daily or 2x a day (morning, night) but I have seen many ppl on here overdose it with 2000mg or even more, does it have any better effect than my 2x 150mg daily or Is it just a waste of money?
