Why is fat grafting to the eyelids so niche?

I see normies getting plastic surgery talk a lot about blepharoplsty, cantho, etc, but periorbital fat grafting, especially to the upper eyelid, is almost unheard of outside of this forum. What gives? I’ve seen much more impressive ascensions from fat grafting than any other eye area procedure, so why is it so unknown compared to other surgeries?

Cuz tbh the Supra fat graft isn’t the biggest roi in the transformations we see. It’s not often the UEE is severe enough.
Also it stems from autists here obsessing over Sean O Pry’s eyes but it’s not something everyone acknowledges.
