Why is fat grafting to the eyelids so niche?

I see normies getting plastic surgery talk a lot about blepharoplsty, cantho, etc, but periorbital fat grafting, especially to the upper eyelid, is almost unheard of outside of this forum. What gives? I’ve seen much more impressive ascensions from fat grafting than any other eye area procedure, so why is it so unknown compared to other surgeries?

Cuz tbh the Supra fat graft isn’t the biggest roi in the transformations we see. It’s not often the UEE is severe enough.
Also it stems from autists here obsessing over Sean O Pry’s eyes but it’s not something everyone acknowledges.

Had a surgeon who was dubious about wanting to add any more fat to my upper eyelids saying that the periorbital contour can be improved no further. I don’t really have uee (perhaps very slight) but some surgeons I’ve met seem almost cautious or unwilling to hear you out regarding aesthetics.

I think it helps though if you know their specific specialization or what they like to perform more then they become more receptive.

Men who traditionally got this done were also very old and just trying to look younger, not like oprey or chad maxxing.

There is like one clinic in the world right now with actual experience doing what you’re talking about. So, of course, normies aren’t talking about it. Let’s keep it that way.

Healthy fatty eye area is fucking law, any positive change to your eyes affect your looks a lot.

I truly think eyes are the most important features of the face.
Most good looking guys don't have crazy bones or forward growth, they usually just have really good eye area.
As someone with good cheekbones and jaw but bad fat pads, I'll comfortably say that some boneless dude with good eye area would mog me.
