I really don’t get it i feel like i should have a more lean looking face should i go to the gym more i feel like my physique is pretty decent any tips?

he could also just store alot more fat in his face some people are single digit bodyfats but look the same at 20%

it will get better as you grow up, not rare for teens to be skinny fat at a low weigjg

Gum actually helps grow the mandible, though only slightly
The real benefit is the growth in the masetter muscles, which masculinize the facr and give you hollow cheeks

Yes, but the guy is underweight and completely boneless. You could chew for slight results or hard max once and life happily ever after.

Do not try to lose more fat at your age, it will be bad for your growth
Go to the gym and build muscle

You assume hes completely boneless, that's an exaggeration. He sounds small framed to me.
Chewing will still help him as a growing teen.
You could chew for slight results or hard max once and life happily ever after.
No hard maxing before 20. I doubt the kid has money either.

That loose skin feeling is fat more or less
Do not try to lose fat without building muscle at your age, you will stunt your growth

If ur gonions are bad this may be why your face looks bloated

If you want a better jawline then chew gum, and grow older, you are already lean as far as i can see
 
this is how i look now (good lighting)
ur face isnt really fat, but you dont have much definition cause you dont have super strong bones yet, which is common at 16

Your gonions aren’t as good, so wouldn’t reccomend chewing as it can make your face more bloated and round

how to not be skinny fat?
gain muscle eat better more protein exercise you can start at home buy a bar chin ups push ups squats lunges

- Skinnyfat/still relatively high BF% despite being low weight
- Bloated/too much sodium/not drinking enough water
- Young
- Genetically store more fat in your face
- Not prominent bones
