Why is my sleep schedule like this

For example last week
Monday - 10h
Tuesday - 13h
Wednesday- no sleep
Thursday -13h
Friday -no sleep
Saturday- 12h
Sunday -no sleep
The nights where i dont sleep its bcs i cant sleep idk y

Would i need to get them prescribed. Nights i cant sleep btw i take 10mg melatonin but it doesnt do anything. Its 6 am for rn i didnt sleep tonight either

You need to get them prescribed just find a psychiatrist under your insurance and they treat symptoms like these they give out meds like candy tbh
