We yet don't have enough knowledge and technology to identify genes of perticular traits. The most we have achieved is just immunity to certain genetic diseases.
Even if it gets real, you'll be long gone...

They should of course and so should plastic surgery, Im just being overly dramatic here. Cancer is pretty normal for humans tbh because you usually get it later in life after you have passed your genes on anyway so it doesn't affect reproduction in any meaningful way.
