Why is opinion so drastically split here on going to local no name surgeons vs the well known celebrity ones

i mean the thing with for a example ram who i went to personally is you know what youre getting

a solid safe plan good both function and esthetics wise thats nowhere near in pushing the limits all while being relatively cheap so theres really no reason to try out randoms that you have to guniea pig try yourself i guess

are there better surgeons ? yea ofc there are

do you know who they are ? no ofc not otherwise u wouldnt be asking this

will they take your case even ? big unknown, ram is tried and tested to work with even the biggest basement .org basement dwellers

Went to local no name surgeon for buccal fat removal gyno and lip lift.
All 3 were perfect
Also went to other no name in my city for rhino, it was great but not ideal.

Could’ve spent way more money going overseas and overpaying for same results.

celebrity surgeons in most cases are drastically overrated and you're better off spending the travel money/paying their inflated price on consulting with the most popular and well regarded surgeons in your city and forming an opinion based on their plans

there are niggas paying 60k and flying overseas for jaw surgery just to get result mogged by some random bitch who did it with a small town surgeon for TMJ or sleep issues

Also for me it’s literally more expensive to go local in UK than just Ramieri.

Yea and also sometimes the big names are the only ones doing certain procedures

Like for example I don’t know many who’ve done 3d genio outside of Ram Pags or Giant. Or infras with a saddle
