Why is ponytail facelift not popular here?

Seems like a really effective surgery, price is pretty good too. I feel like a ponytail facelift in combination with bimax could ascend the fuck out of someone that is recessed.

Can't it also improve canthal tilt? Whenever I pull back on my temples it supposedly gives the same effect as the ponytail lift and I have giga pct and mogger eye area.

Why the fuck do people not talk about this? Does it not work? Too many risks? Seems like a great option for anyone suffering from droopy skin or NCT.

Full facelifts tend to be, but ponytail lift is different, if you have droopy skin at a young age there is no reason you shouldn't get one in my opinion. I'll try to find some before and afters in a bit, most are older people or women though
