Whether you’re still in your teens, in your twenties or thirties loving yourself and taking pride in your appearance does make a difference on not how people would perceive you but how you present yourself as a person.
If you think you’re ugly and you’re full of hate and bitterness then that won’t get what you want and if you think complaining and wallowing in self-pity will get what you want then you’re clearly mistaken. Why do I say that? Because I used of those men back in my teens and early to not bothering taking care of myself, being resentful towards women not noticing me, envious towards sexually active men/men that could get girls easily, always complaining, blaming everyone for my failures, talking bad about people, etc.
I’m going to list the things I did to not only improve my physical appearance but causing me to leave I call the ugly guy mindset.
-Improving my fashion
-Growing a beard
Regularly using deodorant, aftershave & anti-perspirant
-Getting my haircut every 2 weeks
-Lifting weights
-Planning my workout
-Keeping track of of my calories
-Following a balanced diet
-Cutting down on fizzy drinks
-Eating more fruit and vegetables
-Taking up kick boxing
-Brushing my teeth more often
-Talking to myself in the mirror so I could observe ways to improve my body language
-Monitoring my speech so I could figure out ways to improve my speech impediment
-Saving money
-Cutting down porn
-Reading a book
-Regulating use of mainstream social media sites
