Why is showing up to class and commuting so mentally taxing and stressful

On paper these are simple tasks but I suck at daily grind maxxing

kills the life out of me

Planning on commuting, tell me bout ur experience
 
It’s more mentally draining in my experience than it is both physically and mentally straining working a manual labour job from 7 to 3
