Why Jaw implants over fillers?

Better angles, shape, permanent, fixed position.

Because fillers are inconsistent as shit and are not a permanent solution

And I know most about this because I have had fillers and right now have a wrap around jaw implant
 
everybody who gets fillers tell you it's worth it

Permanent solution instead of temporary. Avoids possible filler migration.
