You’re imitating hiding alone in a cave after being exiled from your tribe
Think about it, natural humans are hypersocial, pretty much always surrounded by their tribesmen from when they wake up until they go to sleep surrounded by them. They spend most of their time outside in the sun and lived in fairly spread out, spacious environments and aligned their sleep/wake times with their circadian rythm
LDARing is the opposite- you’re alone, sedentary in a dark, cramped environment. Humans in nature are only ever alone if they’ve been exiled by their tribe, or if they’re all dead. And ones chance of survival is very low on your own in nature.
So naturally, you will constantly experience low level stress and depression living like this, unless you have a certain kind of neurodivergent mind
Moreover, most LDARers have very erratic and unnatural sleeping habits, often waking up late and staying up late, barely even seeing the sun. A constant lack of sunlight is literally simulating hiding away in a cave
If you must LDAR, try to maintain some irl connections and have regular meetups with likeminded individuals. You don’t have to be a chad or even a normie to have friends, you just need to engage with others like you. Think back to school, the most neurodivergent nerds often had their own little groups even if others looked down on them. They were often much happier than the loners, too
Just find ways to get out of your room and talk to anyone
