Why look decent up close but ugly far away pics

So wouldn’t that mean decent in both? I personally thought second pic was really ugly

by decent I mean not good but not ugly

lighting is shit for your skin color & tone. Beta Carotine, Niacin w/ Flush, Cardio & Tret should increase the range of lighting conditions your skin looks good in i.e. you’ll have more of a glow even in flat lighting.

secondly, your posture is shit in the second photo. You’re tilting your head back, exposing your upper eyelids, giving the appearance of nct, & upturning your nose so piltrum/midface appears longer, in addition the exaggerating your nasolabio folds. Work on posture. It’s an easy looksmaxx. If you post gait I can roughly diagnosis any postural deficiencies—typically starts from the hips.

thirdly, you need more mass. You should appear larger next to a small, old woman. Neck, shoulders, chest upper back, but don’t do upper lats.

does the reddish tone after cardio make your look more ethnic? You don’t have a glow. Your skin is tone is dull, which is an indication of poor circulation and excess dead skin. The tret & cardio should be enough though if you’re concerned abt the beta carotene, but I’d try it out & come off of it if you don’t like the results.

Close up hides the shadows more and makes your face look bigger due to better lightening. From far away, there is less light concentrated on your face and your face looks smaller. You might wanna try and lighten your facial hair to decrease the shadows on your face and brighten it up a bit.
 
Changed your eyebrows. shortened it a bit because it was making your eyes look more downturned and also shaved it on the middle top parts as it makes you look sad and that makes your eyes more downturned too. You can do that with tweezers. Also lightened your beard a bit

I can only tell that my eyes look human when close to the mirror because they seem to be horizontally longer
longer PFL = better looks
 
hard capped in your looks by your pheno + your seemingly tiny PFL

get a lateral canthoplasty if your eyes have healed, and potentially even contact eppley about Z-plasty for your medial canthus
