lighting is shit for your skin color & tone. Beta Carotine, Niacin w/ Flush, Cardio & Tret should increase the range of lighting conditions your skin looks good in i.e. you’ll have more of a glow even in flat lighting.
secondly, your posture is shit in the second photo. You’re tilting your head back, exposing your upper eyelids, giving the appearance of nct, & upturning your nose so piltrum/midface appears longer, in addition the exaggerating your nasolabio folds. Work on posture. It’s an easy looksmaxx. If you post gait I can roughly diagnosis any postural deficiencies—typically starts from the hips.

thirdly, you need more mass. You should appear larger next to a small, old woman. Neck, shoulders, chest upper back, but don’t do upper lats.
would beta Carotene just make me look more ethnic?
