Best girls (aesthetically speaking) in Europe are from the Baltic (especially Latvia), Ukraine, Russia.
As far as personality french girls are the most pleasant but not the hottest by any means.

Just compare the average nordic girl/guy with the average southern european one and you'll have the answer. It's also why in South Europe there are a lot less chubby/fat people around
