i don't eat junk food and don't eat alot, probaly only 1000 calories a day

Are you tracking? I assume not because if you were then you would know you aren't eating 1000 a day, probably 2500+ from butter, oil, nuts, nutella etc. Find your TDEE online by putting your weight and height and whatever maintenance calories it gives you, eat 500 less than that every day and get 10k steps a day. Weight training 3x per week at least is advised as wellprobaly only 1000 calories a day

That's what happing only cut 300-500 calories and continue to lift heavy and add some slow cardioIt’s most likely due to you cutting your calories way too much, at that point your body is burning minimum fat and just keeping you alive.
