I am starting oral minox 3 mg soon. How can I measure bloating and make sure its not placebo because if I experience bloating I will stop. I know their are alot of counts of bloating but in studies of low MG oral min, less then 1% experienced fluid retention, but either way couldnt this be minimized by lowering sodium intake?
