Although it may not seem like a looksmax thread, I'll explain why.
While I was skinmaxxing over these past months (for what I don't know, it's over for me).
I noticed that every time I drank water, it would just pass right through me.
However, my skin desperately needed hydration/water—it fucking looks like this.
Then I realize that my black friends who drink 1/2 the water I do have youthful supple skin
Like this
I was just sitting on my couch smoking a blunt. Then it came to me.
Black people didn't go to the river often to drink water.
Africa has the largest and most dangerous animals of any continent
All of these animals either live by/in the rivers/lakes or frequent them for water
So what did the hunter-gather Subsaharan African do?
In spite of all these dangerous animals by the most valuable resource (water)
They got a lot of there water intake that was trapped in the fibrous matrix of fruits and vegetables.
I have a theory that this is how we evolved to intake water. It gets digested overtime.
The combination of this slow digestion + nutrients allow more water makes it into our cells
So eat more fruit and vegetables, and drink less water
